What is the relationship between Plus and Pro?
Pro is the premium tier of the main plan and automatically includes all Plus benefits. You don't need to buy both main plans separately.
Will I be double-charged when upgrading from Plus to Pro?
No. The system will charge the price difference for the remaining period of your current billing cycle, rather than creating a parallel subscription.
Are Pro's 5 books and 2 compatibility reports counted separately?
Natal Reports and Luck Cycle Reports share a combined quota; compatibility reports are counted separately. For example, generating 3 Natal Reports + 2 Luck Cycle Reports uses up the 5-report quota, but the 2 compatibility reports are still available. All quotas refill next month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Overseas users can manage cancellation in the Creem customer portal; Mainland China users can request a refund on the Alipay / WeChat order page. Your paid period will remain active until the end of the cycle.
How do Mainland China users pay?
Alipay and WeChat Pay QR-code payment are supported. Monthly billing for 30 days, with a renewal reminder sent before expiry.
What if I use up my Pro book or compatibility quota?
You can buy extra credits in the Credits Store: 30 credits unlock 1 additional compatibility report, and 20 credits generate 1 additional Natal Report or Luck Cycle Report. The store will be available soon.
How is the Free 20 messages/day limit calculated?
It resets at UTC midnight and counts all messages across your account per day. After 20 messages, you'll be prompted to subscribe to Plus for unlimited conversations.
Why are the Mainland China and Overseas prices different?
Mainland China prices are in CNY (Plus ¥69.9 / Pro ¥139.9); overseas prices are in USD (Plus $9.9 / Pro $19.9). Each goes through its local payment channel.
